About Dr. Ann Sullivan LCSW, PhD.
My Background
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience with children, young adults and families. I am a social work professor with a small clinical practice utilizing mindfulness, CBT and solution focused strategies.
I am a certified coach and have helped a wide variety of clients clarify their purpose, values and goals toward growth and empowerment. I am a student of Mindful Self Compassion and bring compassion, curiosity and humor to clinical practice.
Therapy allows a space to reflect, challenge old thinking, invite new perspectives and to grow.
In additional to clinical practice, I offer LCSW candidate supervision for Colorado candidates

My mission is to help individuals live a more creative, meaningful, and fulfilling life. Self exploration is a journey towards discovering your whole authentic self. Changes and transitions have great potential for empowerment and for expansion. However, change can feel scary. My approach provides a freedom to explore and clarify. I will support you to take action and to see things in a new way to help you discover new beginnings and possibilities.
